Groundnut Processing Plant
The process starts with introducing the harvested groundnuts into the Pre-cleaning unit that is responsible for primary cleaning of the groundnut then it is stored for soaking up the moisture for 6-8 hours depending on the climate. After that it is conveyed to the De shelling unit for primary decortication.

Automatic Groundnut De-Stoner Machine is used to remove the stone in the groundnuts. It adopts the gravity sorting principle which can be used for groundnut kernels, wheat, soybean, rice, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds. Cleaning Capacity per hour 1200 to 1600 kg.
